Blockswap Stakehouse LSD Networks on Ethereum Mainnet.

Introduction

The day we have all been waiting for is finally here… Stakehouse LSD Networks is live on Ethereum Mainnet! Decentralized, trustless, and transparent liquid staking on Ethereum is now accessible to everyone. All you have to do is bring your ETH!

If you have been following Blockswap, then you’re probably aware of the many advantages of staking with Stakehouse LSD Networks. In this article, I will cover at a high level what is possible with LSD Networks and share key resources so that you can start staking your ETH as soon as possible. Let’s dive in.

KeyTakeaways

  • Stakehouse LSD Networks is live on Ethereum Mainnet.
  • Participate in Three Pool Staking (Protected Staking, MEV Staking, and Node Operator Staking) by using the LSD Networks dApp on Mainnet.
  • Create LSD Networks in less than 60 seconds without using any code.
  • Own a piece of a validator with complete transparency. Use your Portfolio page to trace your ETH and see which validator it’s staked in.
  • Visit the Stakehouse LSD Networks documentation for a deep dive into how Stakehouse LSD Networks work.

Liquid Staking on Mainnet

The Stakehouse LSD Networks dApp is truly revolutionary. Running entirely from smart contracts, the protocol uses a Three Pool Staking model to provide ETH stakers with optionality and full transparency into their staked positions. As a user, you have the choice to deposit your ETH via three staking options for fractionalized validator ownership and shared rewards. The three staking options are:

  1. Protected Staking — Protected Stakers can stake any amount of ETH in exchange for 100% of the staking yield generated by the validators across the entire LSD Networks protocol (which earn 33% more than the Ethereum network rate). You do not need to run your own node as a Protected Staker. Click here to view the Protected Staking Guide.
  2. MEV Staking — Stake any amount of ETH and earn MEV rewards proportional to your total stake in the LSD Network. As an MEV Staker, you do not need to run your own node and you can claim all of your MEV rewards in ETH. Click here to view the MEV Staking Guide.
  3. Node Operator Staking — Node Operators can stake a 4 ETH bond per validator in exchange for 50% of MEV and tips at the LSD Network’s rate. You need to run your own node as a Node Operator (you can use any node and Ethereum client you want) and you can claim all of your rewards in ETH. Click here to view the Node Operator Staking Guide.

Check out the official documentation for more information on these three staking options.

Once you have staked positions, you can use your Portfolio pages to trace your ETH and see exactly which validator(s) it gets staked into. You can even monitor the performance of these validators over time and compare their performance against each other. Check out the Portfolio guides below to learn more.

Creating LSD Networks on Mainnet

In addition to the LSD Networks dApp, the Stakehouse LSD Networks Deployer tool is available as an app integration on Safe. You can access the Deployer tool from your Safe dashboard and use it to create LSD Networks in less than 60 seconds without using any code.

You have the freedom to choose which ownership address to use (including multi-sig wallets), the rate at which you collect commissions from rewards generated by your network, and the custom ticker name for your network. If you have the necessary technical skills, you can also turn on the Gate Keeping setting and use the Stakehouse Academy SDK to customize these settings.

Conclusion

The Blockswap team has been working relentlessly for months to ensure the successful launch of LSD Networks on Mainnet. These tools can be used by both individual and institutional investors to reap the variety of benefits offered by the Ethereum staking ecosystem. I believe that Stakehouse LSD Networks tools will move the Ethereum network forward in many ways, for they massively improve accessibility to decentralized liquid staking.
